After starting his sales career at CitySearch in 1996, Howard then continued in business development and sales at internet startups, GetRelevant and OneSourceMedia. While at GetRelevant, he was instrumental in signing American Greetings as a partner. Howard has always thrived on the start-up environment and founded Capella Interactive in September of 2003. A native of Florida, he attended the University of Florida and finished at San Francisco State University with a BA in International Business. When not thinking of the next break out move for Capella, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with his wife, Fiona, and friends and family.

Hau joined Capella in January 2007 to coordinate campaigns with our publishers and advertisers. Living in San Jose, he enjoys movies, fixing just about anything, and always loves to eat spaghetti.
